JSC Post of North Macedonia wins the 2023 EMS Customer Care Award
Dear Customers,
In accordance with our Agreement with Halkbank, we would like to inform you that in addition to the existing services, which are provided at the counters of the postal network units throughout the country, such as bill payment, depositing of daily turnover cash by legal entities, payment of public duties by PP50 form, the following services will be also provided at our counters as of 27 July 2021:
- payment slip (PP10 form) for individuals;
- pension payment to resident individuals by an order for cash payment (PP40 form) – only for clients who receive their pensions through Halkbank AD Skopje;
- transfer of funds from one account to another by a transfer order (PP30 form);
- cashless payment of public duties (transfer of funds from the client’s account to the treasury account by a public revenue payment order (PP50 form);
- cashless transfer of funds from the ordering party to multiple recipients (PP53 form);
