JSC Post of North Macedonia wins the 2023 EMS Customer Care Award
The Director General Jani Makraduli had his first working meeting with Biljana Avramoska Gjoreska, the Director of the Agency for Posts. They held talks about the implementation of the legislation in order to improve and increase the accessibility of the postal services to all citizens, institutions and legal entities.
The cooperation with the Agency for Posts is a priority especially because JSC Post of North Macedonia is a universal service provider on the whole territory of the country.
The primary task of the Agency, as an independent regulatory body, is to ensure good andequal conditions for unimpeded postal traffic flow. Both directors agreed that the meetings and mutual coordination will continue in future.
