Focusing on customer care is vital for the JSC Post of North Macedonia as it is one of the most important keys to ongoing success.
As a part of the EMS global network, the JSC Post of North Macedonia proved to be well-aware that in addition to taking care of customers in its own country, it must equally take care of customers in all 175 EMS Cooperative member-countries given that the EMS customers deserve excellent service both domestically and internationally.
According to the customer care performance over the previous year, the EMS member postal operators qualify for the Customer Care Award which is awarded in recognition of the quality of their customer service call center.
As a result of achieving the high standards established by the EMS Cooperative, the JSC Post of North Macedonia received the prestigious Customer Care Award for its excellent customer care provided in 2023.
This success is due to the excellent work done by the EMS Unit employees, their commitment and dedication to the customer care.
