MAKEDONSKA POSTA OBTAINED THE ISO 20000 CERTIFICATE

In August 2009 the Information Technology Center in AD “MAKEDONSKA POSTA” started activities regarding the introduction of all procedures required in the current operations in accordance with the ISO standard. After the end of the preparatory period, two certification checks, the first one in December 2009 and the other in January 2010, were carried out by CIS certification company from Austria. MAKEDONSKA POSTA officially obtained the ISO 20000 certificate in February 2010.
